The State House Ministerial Servicom Unit Thursday in Abuja established a Help Desk to assist staff, visitors and contractors on enquiries and information related to payments, correspondence, medical services and other public-service related issues.
This was contained in a statement by the Deputy Director of Information, Attah Esa, who said that the desk will be manned by well-trained Staff who will effectively handle enquires from members of the public and staff members.
Speaking at the launch of the Help Desk and the revised SERVICOM Charter of the State House, Mr Jalal Arabi, the Permanent Secretary, State House, said the Desk will accelerate the implementation of the Executive Order 001 – Ease of Doing Business and improving service delivery.

– The Help Desk will handle enquiries from six service areas of the State House including Payments, File Tracking/Correspondence, Medical Services, ICT related services, Maintenance and Stores.
